1 The 1st OpenFOAM fans meeting of Chinese Interesting Group was held in ZhenZhou!
The first Chinese native OpenFOAM fans meeting was held in ZhenZhou City HeNan Province,China on 25 Aug,2009,during the 2009 Annual meeting of Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics. The foamers from Xi`an JiaoTong Unviersity,Shanghai JiaoTong University,BeiHang University, Beijing Jiaotong University,Shanghai Institute of Applied Math and Mechanics, etc. shared their experience for using OpenFOAM.We also invited Professor Qian.Y.H from Shanghai Institute of Applied Math and Mechanics to share his experince in CFD area.

The 2rd OpenFOAM Fans` meeting of Chinese Interesting Group will be held in Shanghai on 19 Jan. The overall aim of the Fan`s Meeting is to provide a forum for Chinese local fans to discuss and present the usage and developments in OpenFOAM of Chinese Local fans.
