I am a PhD student working on compressible, rarefied flows at Technical University of Delft. I am using the Direct Simulation Monte Carlo solver in OpenFoam 2.4 MNF, i. e. dsmcFoamPlus and compressible continuum CFD solvers in OF 1806 to achieve this goal.
During my Master project I worked on sub grid scalar heat flux models in LES.
