Create a cellSet for cells with their centres inside the defined surface. Surface must be closed and singly connected.
-case DIR
- Execute the command on the case directory DIR. If not provided, use the current directory
-noFunctionObjects
- Skip the execution of the functionObjects

- Display the help and exit
