Active researcher in the remote sensing of combustion through earth's atmosphere. I am trying to move to Open Source software because of budgetary restrictions. I am also trying to perform multiphysics simulations over a wide range of Reynolds numbers, and I am hoping that the OpenFOAM software is more robust with combustion than the SIMPLE solvers.
