Ph.D. thesis “LES modeling of turbulent combustion in industrial combustion chambers” EM2C Laboratory – Ecole Centrale Paris - Coupling of tabulated chemistry with Large Eddy Simulation to predict pollutant formation as well as stabilization and dynamics of turbulent flames evolving in practical configurations. - Development of a new LES formalism/modeling strategy for reactive flows (F2-TACLES model). - Complete implementation and validation of the model in a low-Mach LES solver (YALES2, CORIA). - Complete implementation and industrialization (for SNECMA and TURBOMECA) of an automatic thermochemical database generator (CAFE) allowing LES of industrial combustion chambers.
