1 Introduction

This page is dedicated to preparing a Debian system for installing the foam-extend project OF Version 30ext.png.

This instructions page might send you to the one for Ubuntu because of the close similarity between Ubuntu and Debian, since Ubuntu derives from Debian.



1.1 Debian Wheezy

Debian Wheezy is similar to Ubuntu 12.04, so you can try following the instructions meant for this particular Ubuntu version: Installation/Linux/foam-extend-3.0/Ubuntu#Ubuntu_12.04

Debian Sid is the testing branch of Debian (at the time of this writing - 17:12, 15 June 2014 (CEST)).
