Convert a mesh from Kiva format to foam format.
-file NAME
- Specify the mesh file NAME. If omitted, use otape17
-version [kiva3|kiva3v]
- Specify the Kiva version. If omitted, use kiva3v
-zHeadMin SCALAR
- SCALAR is the minimum z-height for transferring liner faces to cylinder-head
-case DIR
- Execute the command on the case directory DIR. If omitted, use the current directory
-noFunctionObjects
- Skip the execution of the functionObjects
-help
- Display the help and exit
