1 OpenFOAM Combustion & Reacting flows Group

During the 7th Workshop a BoF session on Combustion & Reacting Flow was held. This meeting concludes that the first step should be to gather documentation, publications, code and validation test cases on the subject.

2 Objectives

  • Gather documentation and publications on the subject.
  • Provide tutorials about using different approaches for reactive flow modelling in OpenFOAM
  • Distribute relevant validation test cases and corresponding OpenFOAM applications.
  • Connect people with the same interest: OpenFOAM and combustion & reacting flows modelling.

3 Guidelines

Detailed written tutorials should be added to the 'tutorial' section see below.

If you want to submit validation test cases or important code contribution, please contact the administrators of the extend project to find the optimal place to store the data.
