To make this page:

  From the OpenFOAM Wiki Main Page

  I clicked on the testing site link
  this took me to the Main Test Site page

  I clicked the "edit" tab up top 
  (of the Main Test Site page)
  
  then I typed in a new line that looked like everyone else's
  (but with my user name)
  
  then I clicked "show preview"
  (to make sure something horrible didn't happen before I clicked save)
  
  then I clicked "save page"
  
  then I clicked the link to my new test page
  
  I was told that the page was empty and to type something,
  so I typed this out
  
  I clicked "show preview"
  
  I clicked "save page"

Easy, even I figured it out without a Google search.
