An analytical and motivated researcher who has completed a MEng and PhD in Mechanical Engineering, graduating from the University of Bath. Is skilled in performing numerical computation, generating relevant data, and implementing algorithmic post-processing and analysis. Enjoys cutting edge work, having completed various research projects and produced publications to conference level. Has a record of success in developing excellent working relationships and is a clear and articulate communicator, who displays good planning and organisational abilities. Has amassed many academic and practical transferable skills that will serve as a pivotal platform to enter into a research position.

Specialities: Computational Fluid Dynamics, Laser Doppler Anemometry, fluid mechanics, engineering design, scientific programming.

I plan on using OpenFOAM as part of a research project I am completing at Cranfield University. The work is likely to involve free surface flows or flows between interacting aerofoils in subsonic, transonic and supersonic regimes. For more information see the visual room.
