I am mechanical engineer working with process piping and equipment for pulp and paper industry and mining industry. I have a masters degree on machine design and have work previously as a structural analyst for steel structures. Software for the task was I-deas Master Series. With OpenFOAM I hope to be able to simulate fluid flow and heat transfer on piping components. The company I am working in manufactures these components from stainless steels.
