Oversees 1) applied research programs and field and office studies of wastewater treatment processes, 2) finding new cost effective technologies, its testing and full scale implementation, 3) review of consulting reports, design criteria, conceptual and detail design as they are related to wastewater and solids treatment processes. Knowledge of the practices and principle of wastewater engineering.
