I have four years of experience in OpenFOAM. I modified the simpleFoam and pimpleFoam solver in order to describe atmospheric boundary layers. In this framework I also implemented new turbulence models and new boundary condition. In order to speed up the simulation a specialized initial condition was also implemented. In order to speed up the simulation the under relaxation are adjusted dynamically.

Recently I tried to figure out (privately not in the content of may current occupation) how to reduce the mass imbalance produced by the overset mesh methodology.
