Added captcha to edit dialog

In the past few days a lot of spam-messages were added to the Wiki and had to be removed. To make things more difficult you will be asked a simple arithmetic question when editing/creating a page. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Update: It seems like the spam-bots can d arithmetic. I changed the captchas to some simple questions about OpenFOAM. Hint: all the answers are single letters. It should be easy enough to figure out which ones
