Given the recent conversation on the forum, namely [1], I've added the page OpenFOAM_guide and did some cleaning up.

Nonetheless, before adding a link for it on the main page, I believe the pages The SIMPLE algorithm in OpenFOAM and The PISO algorithm in OpenFOAM should be moved to the same sub-page tree and associated to the Category:Numerical methods.

With such a change, this page Main ProgrammerGuideAddendum can therefore be discontinued in favour of the new format.

I did not know one could send messages like this. Thanks for that change. This was a selection of pages from over 200 mini-articles on my now defunct personal wiki, which took months to craft. I always felt it wasn't very visible. This helps!
