nope, I started to write one but I never finished it cause I think the available dakota tutorials are good enough.

and if you use the Jaguar GUI that they also supply its quite easy to get started.

Actually, I'm hoping that we can bring it back, even if it's not a fully fledged how-to page. Adding some reference links and guidelines on how to get started and what's possible, would be good enough.
